We are promoting job creation in not only technical areas but also client liaisons and relationship management.

We have recently targeted & promoted “Off Site Monitoring” and Specialised “on site” CCTV operators as the ideal avenue in promoting Job Creation and Development of specialised skills through our in house training programme.

SUPPORT OF SMME’S
We from time to time outsource the installation work depending on the nature and size of the project to SMME’s.

HDI SUPPLIERS
In terms of purchasing we endeavor at all times to promote HDI status companies, in excess of 80% of our annual spend is allocated to HDI status companies with no less than 62% government BEE scorecard rating .

STAFF TRAINING
All our staff are bound by Security Industry Regulatory Authority (SIRA) and in so are subject to the training programmes as specified by them. We do however send all our staff to accredited suppliers for training on equipment and industry standards. An example of specialised training programmes we provide is that all operators undergo the Dr Craig Donald Surveillance and Monitoring Assessment Exercise (SAMAE) and CCTV Surveillance Skills (CSS) programme. Dr Craig Donald is an industrial psychologist and specialist in human factors in security and CCTV.
